Free Analysis – No Obligation
A C.O.P.S. representative will come to your facility and meet with the Owner or General Manager and any other representative that you wish to attend. At this meeting we will ask questions, learn about your business needs, and share with you how C.O.P.S. can improve your bottom line. Once we have received the information on your corrugated box purchases, C.O.P.S. will go to work for you. Business Process
After receiving your free analysis, you may choose to work with your existing supplier to obtain our projected savings or request competitive bids. We will provide the information needed and request each supplier submit a detailed bid. C.O.P.S. will analyze each bid on an item for item basis and make our recommendation(s) to you. Negotiation of additional price concessions and other desired business terms (payment terms, warehousing of inventory, etc.) will continue until the client is satisfied. We will follow up with a monthly review of your purchase orders to ensure you are receiving the correct price per item.
C.O.P.S. Fee Structure
Our fee is based upon your actual realized savings – not a projection. Each month we will calculate your net savings by comparing your actual usage and price to the price per item you previously paid. C.O.P.S. will bill you for 25% of this verified monthly savings. If your purchase quantities decrease you will not pay for projected savings that were not realized. C.O.P.S. only makes money after the client realizes their savings. After one year you will continue to realize your monthly savings on purchases, but C.O.P.S. will no longer collect their fee – all savings goes straight to your bottom line.
